Marina Cipolletti
Partner and Founder
Marina Cipolletti is a founding partner of BCM LAW firm. She graduated in Law from the University of Milan. She has been a lawyer at Milan Bar Association of the Court of Milan since 1979 and serves as Counsel at the Supreme Court of Cassation. She assists Italian and foreign clients who include mainly companies and groups but also families, associations and foundations. She deals with corporate, property, commercial, and industrial law, providing advice on both ordinary management and extraordinary transactions such as the purchase and sale of assets and property, renting, leasing, purchase/sale of companies, commercial and real estate contracts. She assists her clients in civil litigation at every stage of the proceeding, as well as in mediation, conciliation, and arbitration proceedings. Marina has given numerous lectures on private tenders and agency relationships for entrepreneurs, professionals, and real estate agents. She has worked as a legal consultant in a well-known Trademarks and Patents Office on numerous cases concerning the protection of industrial property against counterfeiters in Italy and abroad. She has worked on the drafting of a bill of the Support Guardianship, approved by the Parliament in January of 2004. She has worked as a volunteer, Guardian helping people hosted in accommodation centres of well-known national institutions, and has also held positions in welfare and charity associations and foundations.
