Senior Lawyer
Elena Carlini is a Senior Lawyer at BCM LAW. She graduated in Law with first-class honours from the University of Milan and has been a lawyer since 2000. Elena has substantial experience in the field of legal disputes concerning contracts, real estate and, in particular, leases, condominiums and tenders. She deals mainly with civil law, also providing legal advice on contracts for both private individuals and companies. She also has extensive experience in the field of disputes related to the Consumer Code. Moreover, she has a wealth of knowledge regarding insolvency proceedings, having also worked as a legal assistant for bankruptcy receivers and, in general, in the field of property executions.
