Caterina Delaini graduated from the University of Milan where she wrote a thesis on family law and has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2015. She has worked as a Professor of Family Law at the University of Milan. Caterina is part of BCM LAW’s Family – Child Law Department and deals mainly with child custody cases, the limitation of parental responsibility and cases of the international abduction of minors, as regulated under the Italian Civil Code. She collaborates with the women’s shelters in Milan, dealing with all the legal issues related to family conflicts and domestic violence. Furthermore, Caterina is an expert in proceedings for interdiction/disqualification/court-appointed Guardianship and compensation for damages to persons arising from civil liability, including professional and medical liability.
