Rodolfo Barbasetti di Prun is a founding partner of BCM LAW firm. Rodolfo assists mainly foreign clients, usually groups and companies, who operate in national and international markets. He also assists Italian clients such as the local branches of multinational groups. He deals with commercial, corporate, industrial, property and international contract law, providing advice on extraordinary M&A operations, company\/business purchases\/sales, real estate transactions, as well as the relative litigation related to said areas of law. He also provides legal advice in relation to contracts, international commerce, commercial leases, company\/business sales\/rentals, and industrial and commercial licenses. His services are aimed in particular at groups and companies in the luxury and fashion sector, with a particular focus on the protection of industrial property rights. He also provides advice and support for corporate<\/em> of Companies. Rodolfo is a trusted advisor to foreign multinational groups who wish to invest in Italy, based on relationships that have been built and consolidated over time. He graduated in Law with first-class honours from the University of Bologna. He has been a lawyer at Milan Bar Association of the Court of Milan since 1983 and serves as Counsel at the Supreme Court of Cassation. <\/p>\n
